This McDonalds is really a disaster and the staff doesn't seem to be able to pack everything you ordered. Today I bought a menu again and again the burger was missing. It's unbelievable, because it happens here quite often.

Ordered a burger with extra sauce yesterday and got it without. A sauce for the chicken nuggets was missing. Vegans are hyped milk in soy coffee. The list I could list here would be infinitely long. You always have to get excited in this shop. Staff untrained and unfriendly up to 1-2 people. In the future I will avoid all branches that belong to this dirty shop. The operator will not earn a cent more from me!

There is one star for the super friendly staff. Zero for the food. You are served totally cold food and the sauces for fries and McNuggets are often missing. Very, very, very disappointing and annoying when you first notice this at home.

Hello dear Mc Donalds team in Schwabmünchen 😊 we went to dinner with you yesterday evening. I have to say it was great or YOU were SUUUUPER! It is rare to be served so friendly. They even asked if everything was okay. The food was warm and fresh !! A compliment to the whole team! Everyone stays healthy and carry on like this 👍 was fun with you 💐

Very rude staff. No more MC Donalds Schwabmünchen. There was never a problem in Augsburg, everyone was always friendly and tried hard. You have to sit on beer benches.
